We work with organizations to design and deliver
in-company customized workshops for newly appointed leaders to
meet their focused needs. We developed this leading-edge transition
framework through our work with thousands of new leaders at Fortune
500 companies. In-company workshops are a very cost effective and
impactful approach for supporting new leaders. Typically they are
one and a half days in length and the target audience includes
newly appointed leaders to critical leadership positions. The focus
is on:
- Providing a proven roadmap to help newly
appointed leaders accelerate their transitions
- Helping leaders prepare to strengthen
their vulnerabilities and avoid common traps into which newly
appointed leaders can fall
- Assisting leaders in developing an actionable
transition plan with metrics
We use interactive discussions and design customized
materials to fit each organization’s situation. We also encourage
the use of executive speakers from each client organization.
For small organizations which do not have the
resources to support in-company programs, we offer membership in
a consortium of companies, and also conduct public workshops.
The workshops are organized around our Leadership
Transition Framework, a proven model for helping new leaders accelerate
their transition. They include a set of tools and activities which
help new leaders diagnose their business situation, identify and
address potential vulnerabilities, and develop an action plan for
building momentum during their transitions.
