Continuous Learning
Executive Development Consulting’s continuous
learning and best in executive development methods are the result
of the constant interaction of thought leaders and practitioners
in leadership development. We keep current in our thinking and
approach to provide high value to our clients. This approach to
sharing and learning originates back to 1995 when Ron Bossert from
Johnson & Johnson, Steve Mercer from General Electric, Ron
Hosta from IBM, and independent consultant Yury Boshyk met at IBM’s
Learning Center in Armonk, New York, to share ideas and best practices
from their various action learning experiences. This initial meeting
resulted in an annual Global Forum of executives from top tier
global companies who still meet to discuss and share their approaches
to executive development, coaching and action learning. This continuous
sharing of best practices is an integral part of Executive Development Consulting’s learning, which is integrated into the programs
and services delivered to clients.
