Dr.
Bossert highlights a case example of an action learning approach
to executive education at Johnson & Johnson. He describes an
extensive 17 day program where a team of high potential leaders
come together from all parts of the world to addresses a critical
business challenge identified by the senior executives. Participants
are identified through the succession planning process and attend
the program to gain a global and multicultural experience by working
in small teams to provide executive management with recommendations
for addressing the business challenge.
